About this site

Ebenezer is an independent, unofficial index of public local information. It reorganizes material from municipal, county, community, and other public sources so people can find, read, copy, save, and share it with less friction.

Sources and freshness

Each record keeps its source name, source URL, publication details when available, and capture time. The site refreshes from public pages and documents through repeatable, cached import jobs. Failed or incomplete crawls are checked before replacing published data.

The newest record currently loaded by this site was captured on .

Core sources for this edition

Individual records may cite additional sources. Follow the source link on a record to inspect the exact page or document used.

Summaries and automation

Scrapers extract and normalize public facts and readable text. Some archived documents are converted to page images and summarized with an automated vision model so their contents are searchable and easier to scan. Automated summaries can omit context or make mistakes; they are a convenience, not an official record or legal interpretation.

Document pages link to the original file, and ordinary content pages link back to their source. Important information should always be checked there before someone acts on it.

Save, follow, and reuse the data

Public outputs use ordinary, stable formats. No account is required. Detail pages also have a plain-text Markdown version linked beside the source.

Access and privacy

Core pages and search results are rendered as readable HTML. Search works as a normal GET form without JavaScript; JavaScript only adds instant results and list filters. The site does not require an account, app install, or cookie prompt to browse public information.

Promotional links, where present, are labeled as advertisements and sit after the useful directory content. They do not change search order or inclusion.

Limitations and corrections

Public sources can be incomplete, stale, contradictory, or temporarily unavailable. Generated summaries and normalized fields can also be wrong. When this copy disagrees with a source, rely on the source publisher and have the source corrected there; a later refresh can then carry that correction into this index.
