Zoning Hearing Board Appeal Form — Ebensburg Borough

REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS

You must include:

  • Any opinion or decision rendered by the Zoning Officer
  • A scaled plot plan of the real estate that includes:
    • All bordering streets
    • Lot size, location, footprint, and size of existing buildings/improvements
    • Location, footprint, and size of proposed buildings/improvements
    • Exact dimensions of lot lines, building lines, existing setbacks, and proposed setbacks
  • A list of all property owners on the same block AND on the opposite side of any contiguous street(s)
    • Include stamped, pre-addressed envelopes for each owner on that list
  • The necessary filing fee payable to “Ebensburg Borough”
    • You’ll be billed for costs exceeding the fee, or refunded if you overpaid (including administrative charges)

SCHEDULING

  • The Ebensburg Zoning Hearing Board meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p. m. , as needed.
  • To be scheduled for a hearing, you must submit:
    • The completed application
    • The filing fee
    • All required attachments → On or before the first Friday of that month

This allows time for advertising per the Commonwealth’s Municipal Planning Code.
