Overview

- Infiltration Trenches
- Rain Barrel(s)
- Dry Well
- Description: A written description of the stormwater quality/quantity practice being used.
- Sketch: A drawing of the property showing where the practices are located.
Submission and Authorization
The form includes a certification statement at the bottom. By signing, the applicant:
- Requests consideration for a fee credit.
- Authorizes the Borough of Ebensburg to inspect the facility for assessment purposes.
- Certifies they have the authority to make this request for the property.
- Agrees to maintain the stormwater management practices stated in the application.
