Public Comments Members of the public are invited to comment on any item appearing on the agenda. 2. New Business Item 2A: Small Dock and Boat Launch The Ebensburg Main Street Partnership has requested to replace the kayak launch/dock at the Upper Reservoir (former site of Nathan’s Divide). The municipality will serve as the applicant for a GP-2 Small Dock and Boat Launch permit through the Cambria County Conservation District. The Main Street Partnership plans to purchase an EZ Dock floating modular dock, pending approval from all appropriate agencies. Recommended Action: Approve the application request for the GP-2 Small Dock and Boat Launch permit. Item 2B: Airport Bid Four bids were received for the rehabilitation of fencing at the airport: Fye Fencing: $136,470. 00 Pro Max Fence Systems: $164,695. 00 G. B. Hastie Fence: $174,025. 00 Hiles Excavating: $193,725. 00 After discussions with the airport and contractor, a supplemental agreement will decrease the base bid from $136,470. 00 to $78,970. 00, a difference of $57,500. Recommended Action: Issue the entire revised project to Fye Fencing in the amount of $78,970. 00. Item 2C: Resignation of Robert Yahnert Borough employee Robert Yahnert has submitted a resignation letter to the Borough. Recommended Action: Accept the resignation of Robert Yahnert. 3.
