Key Components and Specifications

- Venting: An air vent cap is required, extending at least 12 inches above the ground.
Installation Dimensions and Clearances
- Minimum Depth: The assembly must be buried at a minimum depth of 2 feet, 8 inches.
- Clearance: There must be a minimum of 24 inches between the vertical stack and the building wall.
- Building Wall Proximity: The sanitary tee connection to the building sewer must be no more than 5 feet, 0 inches from the building wall.
- Concrete Encasement: The view port stack requires Class "A" concrete and full-depth AASHTO #57 aggregate with a 1/2-inch minimum void all around.
Notes
- A 4-inch view port stack is acceptable in cases where the service stub is 4 inches.
- The diagram includes a "Property or Easement Line" indicator to ensure proper placement relative to property boundaries.
