Consent Agenda (Routine Items)

The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless specific removal is requested:

• Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the August 2025 regular monthly meeting.
• Financial Statement: Approval of the Financial Statement for August 2025.
• Bills: Approval of bills totaling $151,077. 93 for September 2025.

Inframark Reports

• Wastewater Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant.
• Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant.
• Action: No action required for these reports.

Operations & Maintenance

• Jerry Poruban will report on the public works department’s activities for the month.
• Action: No action required.

Engineer Updates (Stormwater Projects)

The Engineer will review specific financial items related to stormwater projects:

• Change Order #3: Approval requested for a final adjustment reflecting the project's final quantities in the amount of $58,328. 54.
• Pennvest Requisition #10 (Stormwater): Approval requested for payment in the amount of $158,122. 08.
• Pennvest Requisition #10 (Stormwater): Approval requested for payment in the amount of $108,882. 75.

Other Business

• Old Business: Review of any previous items.
• General Business: Includes a review and approval of minutes from previous meetings.

Public & Media Participation

• Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item during the designated time.
• Media Comments: Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions on any issues, whether or not they are on the agenda.
• Executive Session: An executive session will be held for advice of counsel.
