- Bills: Approval of payment for bills totaling $156,551. 29 for September 2024.
Infrastructure Reports (Inframark)

- Wastewater Treatment Plant: Updates on projects and activities.
- Water Treatment Plant: Updates on projects and activities.
Engineer’s Report & Contract Payments
The Engineer will review specific payment requests and requisitions:
- Water Line Replacement: Approval of Contractor Payment Request #5 for Guyer Brothers in the amount of $461,268. 32.
- Pennvest Requisition #8: Approval for Contract 82248 (Waterline Replacement) in the amount of $495,831. 36.
- Stormwater Project: Approval of Pennvest Requisition #3 for Contract 58143 in the amount of $168,065. 30.
Old Business: Ogden Tank Project
The Authority will discuss the status of the Ogden Tank improvements.
- Context: The project was previously stalled because the initial award of $187,250 was insufficient for the estimated cost of $374,500.
- Update: The Commonwealth Financing Authority has awarded an additional $187,250, bringing the total funding to $374,500.
- Action: The Engineer will provide an updated estimate. A motion may be made to accept the funding and authorize bidding, contingent on acceptable bids.
Other Agenda Items
- Operations & Maintenance: Josh Surkovich will report on public works department activities.
- Executive Session: A closed session will be held to discuss real estate and receive legal advice from counsel.
