Consent Agenda (Item 2)
The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval:
- Item 10A: Approval of the minutes from the August 2023 regular monthly meeting.
- Item 10B: Approval of the Financial Statement for August 2023.
- Item 10C: Approval of payment for bills totaling $173,990. 56 for September 2023.
Inframark Reports (Item 5)
- Wastewater Treatment Plant: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities.
- Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities.
Engineer Report (Item 8)
The Engineer will review items related to the Manor Drive-Lovell Project, specifically regarding contractor Continental Construction:
- Pay Estimate #2: Approval is recommended for a payment request of $217,389. 13.
- Change Order #1: Approval is recommended for a time extension of 43 days due to delays.
- Change Order #2: Consideration is requested for additional pay of $11,957. 02. This change order addresses buried electric and telecommunications facilities that conflicted with the proposed sewer alignment near Santa Fe Drive.
General Business (Item 10)
- Easements: The Engineer has submitted easements to Solicitor Webb, but Management has requested they not be processed until funding is accepted by the Municipal Authority.
