  • High Street Waterline Project: Approval of Contractor Payment Request #3 for $227,397. 15.
  • PENNVEST Requisition #4: Approval of a reimbursement request in the amount of $258,625. 72.
  • High Street Contractor: A request for a cost escalation change order (decision dependent on discussion).
  • Manor Drive and Lovell Park Project: Approval to advertise the project for bid.
  • Water Treatment Plant Piping Upgrades: Discussion regarding engineering cost estimates to secure financing.
  • Influent Valve Replacement: Approval of valve replacement costs ($87,013. 60) and installation authorization ($40,600).

5. General Business & Adjournment The agenda concludes with a review of the minutes and financial statements again under General Business, followed by media comments, public comments, an executive session for legal counsel advice, and adjournment.
