Memorial Day Parade Entry Form

Event Overview

The Ebensburg Public Library is organizing a Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony. The entry form for participants must be submitted by Friday, May 16, 2025.

How to Register

• Submission Deadline: May 16, 2025.
• Contact for Forms/Questions: Direct all registration forms and inquiries to dkoss@ebensburgpa. com.
• First Responders: Firefighters, police, and other first responder vehicles/groups do not need to submit a formal registration form. However, they are encouraged to confirm their participation and vehicle count by emailing the contact above or calling/texting Danea Koss at 814-619-6071.

Participant Requirements

To participate, individuals or groups must complete the entry form with the following details:

• Participating Individual/Group Name
• Onsite Contact Person
• Address, Email, and Phone Number
• Description of Vehicle, Float, or Walking Group
• Approximate Number of Vehicles/Walkers

Rules and Regulations

All participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Approval: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Entrants will be notified via phone or email regarding their status.
• Check-in: Approved participants must report to the designated line-up area at the Ebensburg Public Library (225 W. Highland Avenue) between 9:00 am and 9:45 am.
• Prohibited Items: No weapons of any kind are permitted.
• Content Restrictions: Offensive symbols or language, and political advertisements, are strictly prohibited.
• Registration Policy: Onsite registration is not permitted; all entries must be pre-registered.
• Ordering: A parade manager will check in with each group and assign their order in the procession.
• Discretion: Organizers reserve the right to remove any entries that do not match their application description, are inappropriate/offensive/dangerous, or do not align with the purpose of honoring veterans.
• Changes: Rules and regulations are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the organizers.
