Ebensburg Borough Recreation Board Meeting Summary
Date: Thursday, October 14th, 2021 at 6:30 pm
Old Business
- YPCC Cash Bash: The event was canceled due to a lack of ticket sales. The board discussed potentially revisiting the idea for next year.
- Gaga Ball: Hilary Yahner reported that residents expressed interest in a Gaga ball court. The board discussed whether to build one at the YPCC or construct an outdoor facility. Dirk will research this and report back to the Recreation Board.
New Business
- DNCR Meeting: Discussed upcoming meeting with the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
- New Shed at Lake Rowena: Proposed construction of a new shed for EYBL (Eastern Youth Baseball League) at Lake Rowena.
- USA Swimming Registration: Discussed registration for USA Swimming.
Tennis Center/YPCC
- A report was referenced as attached to the agenda (not included in this document).
