Vendor Requirements

All vendors must adhere to the following rules:

• Main Focus: Wings must be the main focus of the booth, though soft drinks and water may be sold.
• Insurance: A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required with the application.
• Supplies: Vendors must purchase their own food, handle payments, and supply their own tent, table, cooking apparatus, generator, or propane.
• Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for their own garbage cleanup; otherwise, a fee will be charged.
• Pricing: Vendors set their own prices and must post signs in a clearly visible area.
• Electricity: Available upon request (see application).

Event Schedule

• 5:00 pm: 'Wing-Off' & Vehicle Registration
• 6:00 - 8:00 pm: Car, Truck, & Motorcycle Show
• 6:00 - 9:30 pm: Live Music by TBD (Center & Sample St. )
• 8:30 pm: Awards Announced
• 9:50 pm: Food Vendors MUST stop selling food

Wing-Off Guidelines & Awards

• Judging: Winners are judged by a panel of 5 judges. Rules regarding bone-in wings will be provided later.

  • Judges' Overall Favorite
  • Most Creative Recipe
  • Best Hot
  • Best Sweet & Spicy
• Criteria: Judging is based on flavor, doneness, texture, and appearance.

Costs & Fees

• Space Rental: $100. 00 for a 10' x 10' space.
• Electricity: $25 for a 110 hook-up (3 crock pots or 2 roasters) or $40 for a 2-110 hook-up.
• Payment Methods: Cash or Check (payable to EMP).

Additional Information

• Alcohol: Dauntless Fire Company, The Castle Pub & Ebensburg Main Street Partnership will be selling adult beverages.
• Weather: The event happens rain or shine.
• Space Assignment: Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vendors with special needs (electricity, generators) will be placed accordingly.
