Carpooling/Alternate Parking (Share Permit) This section allows a second person to share the permit. Terms and Conditions Parking Location : Permits are valid only for a specific lot (to be filled in). They do not allow parking on streets or other lots. Municipal Lot : Spaces are located in the back row and are first-come, first-served. No designated spots are guaranteed. Visibility Requirement : The permit must be completely visible, hanging from the mirror or on the dash. Penalty : If writing is not visible, a ticket will be issued and cannot be taken back. No exceptions. Payment: Payments are due on the 1st of every month for $25. 00, or the permit must be returned to the office. Special Events : During special events, parking may be restricted at bagged meters or in closed lots. Vehicles must be moved if notified; otherwise, they may receive a ticket and be towed.
