Engineer’s Report & Contractor Payments

The Engineer will review several payment requests and requisitions:

• Water Line Replacement (Guyer Brothers): Approval of payment request #6 in the amount of $735,261. 27.
• Waterline Replacement (Pennvest): Approval of requisition #9 for loan number 82248 in the amount of $802,285. 08.
• Waterline Lead Replacement (Pennvest): Approval of requisition #3 for loan number 80236 in the amount of $1,039. 70.
• Stormwater Project (Liberoni): Approval of contractor payment request #1 in the amount of $183,832. 15.
• Stormwater Project (Pennvest): Approval of requisition #4 for loan number 58143 in the amount of $199,636. 54.

General Business

• 2025 Budget Review: A review of the upcoming budget is scheduled (no action required).
• Executive Session: The authority will hold an executive session to discuss real estate and receive legal advice from counsel.
