Engineering & Operations
- Inframark Reports: Luke Byrne will provide reports on both Wastewater and Water Treatment Plant operations.
- Public Works: Jerry Poruban will report on the public works department's activities for the month.
- Waterline Project (Change Order #5): A change order has been prepared to adjust for final quantities, resulting in a reduction of $739,380. 14.
- Waterline Project (Final Pay Request #16): A pay request for Guyer Brothers in the amount of $137,978. 03 is submitted for approval.
- Pennvest Requisitions: Several loan requisitions are up for approval:
- Loan 82248 (Requisition #20): $143,746. 48
- Loan 80236 (Requisition #7): $1,926. 40
- Stormwater (Requisition #12): $8,126. 75
Other Business
- Executive Session: The meeting will include an executive session held for advice of counsel.
- Public & Media Comments: Opportunities are provided for the public and media representatives to comment on agenda items or other issues.
