Key Officials: Chair: Gerald McMullen V-Chairman: Eric Rummel Manager: Kelly Cook Agenda Highlights Consent Agenda (Item 2) The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval: Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the October 2024 regular monthly meeting. Financials: Approval of the Financial Statement for October 2024. Bills: Approval of payment for bills totaling $184,698. 87 for November 2024. Inframark Reports (Item 5) Luke Byrne will provide reports on the following operations: Wastewater Treatment Plant: Updates on projects and activities. Water Treatment Plant: Updates on projects and activities. Engineer Reports & Payments (Item 8) The Engineer will review several payment requests and requisitions: Water Line Replacement (Contractor Payment): Approval requested for Guyer Brothers in the amount of $833,281. 34. Water Line Replacement (Pennvest): Approval requested for Pennvest requisition #10 (Loan #82248) in the amount of $874,334. 32. Stormwater Project (Contractor Payment): Approval requested for Liberoni in the amount of $360,798. 48. Stormwater Project (Pennvest): Approval requested for Pennvest requisition #5 (Loan #58143) in the amount of $387,758. 14. Other Business Operations & Maintenance: Josh Surkovich will report on public works department activities. 2025 Budget Review: Listed as Item 10D; no action is required.
