High Street, Ebensburg Attendees Present: Doug Tusing (President), Cecilia Houser (Vice President), Theresa Jacoby, Mike Murphy Absent: Susan Kuhar, Jeffrey Ball, Robert Miller, Randy Datsko (Mayor) Others: Kelly Cook (Borough Manager) Audience: 0 Key Discussion & Decisions C. SRO Agreement with Holy Name School The council reviewed and approved the agreement for a School Resource Officer (SRO) at Holy Name School for the 2025–2026 school year. Terms are identical to those approved for the previous school year. Motion: Made by Ms. Jacoby, seconded by Mr. Murphy — passed unanimously. E. Public Comments Ms. Cheri Fedora (112 Elderwood Drive) reported: Persistent sewage smell in her home. Recent sewage backup affecting multiple homes on her street. Public Works jetted between manholes as a temporary fix. Residents fear recurrence; requested further investigation. Action: Public Works to investigate and address the issue.
