Location: Council Room, Ebensburg Municipal BuildingPresiding Officer: Doug Tusing, President Attendees Present: Doug Tusing (President) Cecilia Houser (Vice President) Jeff Ball Theresa Jacoby Robert Miller Mike Murphy Absent: Dave Kuhar Others in Attendance: Kelly Cook, Borough Manager Randy Datsko, Mayor Matt Gribler, Solicitor Meeting Proceedings The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. No public comments were received. General Business Municipal Lot on West High Street Reported by: Kelly Cook, Borough Manager The current owner has agreed to sell the lot to the Borough for $250,000 , plus an additional $2,500 toward closing costs. Motion:Made by Cecilia Houser to approve the purchase at the stated price and closing cost contribution. Seconded by Robert Miller. Result: Passed unanimously.
