Leadership Elections Council President Nominated by Mr. Kuhar: Doug Tusing Motion to close nominations made by Ms. Houser — passed unanimously → Doug Tusing elected Council President Council Vice President Nominations: Ms. Houser nominated Dave Kuhar Mr. Owatt nominated Scot May Vote results: Yes: Ball, Jacoby, Houser, Kuhar, Tusing (5) No: May, Owatt (2) → Dave Kuhar elected Council Vice President (5-2) Administrative Appointments Motion made by Ms. Jacoby, seconded by Mr. Kuhar — passed unanimously. Appointments included: Pawlowski, Long & Gribler as Borough Solicitor Borough Manager appointed as: Secretary/Treasurer Zoning Officer Property Maintenance Enforcement Officer L. Robert Kimball as Borough Engineer Depositories designated: First National Bank, First Commonwealth Bank, AmeriServ Financial Bank, 1st Summit Bank, and PLGIT Appointments to Authorities, Boards, and Commissions Motion made by Ms. Jacoby, seconded by Ms. Houser — passed unanimously.
