Opening & Oaths Mayor Datsko led the Pledge of Allegiance. Administered oaths to: Newly elected Councilor Mike Murphy Reelected Councilors Dave Kuhar, Cecilia Houser, and Jeff Ball 2. Election of Council President Nominated by Mr. Ball: Doug Tusing Motion to close nominations made by Ms. Houser — passed unanimously Vote for Tusing as President: unanimous 4. Election of Council Vice President Nominated by Mr. Ball: Cecilia Houser Motion to close nominations made by Ms. Jacoby — passed unanimously Vote for Houser as Vice President: unanimous Mr. Tusing assumed chair, thanked colleagues, and congratulated new/reelected members. 5.
