Agenda Highlights
1. Consent Agenda (Routine Items) The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless specific removal is requested:
- Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the April 2025 regular monthly meeting.
- Financial Statement: Approval of the Financial Statement for April 2025.
- Bills: Approval of bills totaling $145,799. 74 for May 2025.
2. Inframark Reports (Item 5)
- Wastewater Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant.
- Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant.
- Action: No action required for these reports.
3. Operations & Maintenance Report (Item 6)
- Josh Surkovich will report on the public works department’s activities for the month.
- Action: No action required.
4. Engineer Reports (Item 8) The Engineer will review several financial requests and project updates:
- Water Line Replacement: Approval of Contractor Payment Request #13 for Guyer Brothers in the amount of $122,538. 30.
- Pennvest Requisition #16: Approval of Contract 82248 (Non-LSL) for $149,628. 48.
- Stormwater Project: Approval of Contractor Payment Request #7 for Liberoni in the amount of $77,941. 80.
- H2O Reimbursement Request #6: Approval of reimbursement for eligible construction costs in the amount of $51,963. 80.
- Ogden Tank: All bids were rejected; the Authority reserves the right to re-bid the project later.
5. Executive Session (Item 13)
- An executive session will be held to discuss a real estate matter with counsel.
