Consent Agenda (Routine Business)

Inframark Reports

• Wastewater Treatment Plant: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant.
• Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant.

Operations & Maintenance

• Josh Surkovich will report on the public works department’s activities for the month.
• Action: No action required.

Solicitor (Resolution #2023-04)

• Topic: Approval of an agreement of sale for 747 N. Julian Street.
• Details: The resolution authorizes acquiring a parcel of land (Cambria County UPI NO. 24-007. -105. 002) by deed in lieu of condemnation.
• Action: Motion to adopt and approve Resolution #2023-04.

Engineer Reports

• High Street Waterline Project: Approval of Contractor Payment Request #9 for $24,716. 34 to W. A. Petrakis.
• PENNVEST Requisition #10: Approval of a reimbursement request to PENNVEST in the amount of $26,454. 82.

Old Business

• Minutes: Approval of previous meeting minutes.
• Financial Statement: Approval of the financial statement for February 2023.
• Bills: Approval of bills totaling $185,798. 81 for March.

Other Items

• Media Comments: Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions.
