Key Personnel: Chair: Gerald McMullen V-Chairman: Eric Rummel Manager: Kelly Cook Agenda Highlights Consent Agenda (Routine Business) The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless specific removal is requested: Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the February 2026 regular meeting. Financials: Approval of the Financial Statement for February 2026. Bills: Approval of payment of bills for March 2026. Inframark Reports Luke Byrne will provide reports on the following operations: Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations. Water Treatment Plant Operations. Collection & Distribution. Departmental Reports Operations & Maintenance: Jerry Poruban will report on the public works department’s activities for the month. Engineer: Review of the engineer's monthly report (no motion required). General Business Bills: A list of bills totaling $129,180. 55 for March is submitted for approval. Public Participation & Accessibility Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item during the designated time. Media: Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions. Executive Session: An executive session will be held for advice of counsel.
