Meeting Details Location: Ebensburg, PA (Borough office located at 300 West High Street) Authority Members: Gerald McMullen (Chair), Eric Rummel (V-Chairman), Renee Martin-Nagle, Heather Abbs, and Randy Seymour. Manager: Kelly Cook Agenda Highlights 1. Consent Agenda The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval: Approval of minutes from the February 27, 2023 meeting. Approval of the Financial Statement for February 2023. Approval of payment of bills for March 2023. 2. Inframark Reports Wastewater: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant. Water: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant. 3. Operations & Maintenance Report Josh Surkovich will report on the public works department's activities for the month. 4. Solicitor (Item 7A) Action Required: Consideration of a motion to authorize Authority officers to sign necessary documents and take appropriate actions to effectuate the AMERISERV Financial Bank loan . 5. Engineer Report (Item 8A) Project: Manor Drive and Lovell Park Sanitary Line Replacement. Scope: Installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of gravity sewer main and appurtenances. Contractor: Bids were awarded to Continental Construction (the low bidder) at a price of $1,127,233. 00. Action Required: Approve the notice to proceed for Continental Construction dated May 22, 2023. 6. General Business (Item 10) Bills: A list of bills totaling $148,570. 68 for March is submitted for approval. 7. Other Items Executive Session: The meeting will include an executive session to receive advice from legal counsel.
