The Ebensburg Municipal Authority is holding a regular monthly meeting on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 4:00 p. m. The meeting will take place at the Borough office located at 300 West High Street, Ebensburg, PA.

Agenda Highlights

Consent Agenda (Routine Business)

The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless members request separate discussion:

• Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the February 28, 2022 meeting.
• Financials: Approval of the Financial Statement for February 2022.
• Bills: Approval of payment for bills incurred in March 2022.

Operations & Reports

• Inframark: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on Wastewater Treatment Plant operations. Luke Byrne will provide a report on Water Treatment Plant operations.
• Public Works: Jeff Evans will report on the public works department's activities for the month.
• Engineer: The Engineer will review items contained in their report.

General Business

• 2021 Audit: Members have received a copy of the 2021 audit completed by Wessel & Company.
• Bills: A list of bills totaling $98,047. 21 for March is submitted for approval.
• Swift911: Discussion regarding the importance of registering with Swift911.
• Project List: Discussion regarding the importance of the project list and status.

Public & Media

• Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item during the designated time.
• Media: Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions on any issues.

Executive Session

The meeting will conclude with an Executive Session followed by Adjournment.
