Agenda Highlights

Public Comments & Consent Agenda The meeting begins with public comments. The following routine items are grouped under the Consent Agenda for a single motion approval:

• Approval of minutes from the June 2025 regular monthly meeting.
• Approval of the Financial Statement for June 2025.
• Approval of bills totaling $156,133. 40 for July 2025.

Inframark Reports (Item 5) Luke Byrne will provide reports on operations for both the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant. No action is required for these reports.

Engineer's Report (Item 8) The Engineer will review specific financial requests related to the Stormwater Project:

• Contractor Payment: Approval requested for Liberoni in the amount of $282,585. 92.
• Pennvest Requisition: Approval requested for Contract 58143 in the amount of $173,703. 36.
• H2O Reimbursement: Approval requested for reimbursement of eligible construction costs in the amount of $149,654. 40.

Other Business

• Operations & Maintenance: Josh Surkovich will report on public works department activities.
• Adjournment: The meeting concludes with an executive session and adjournment.
