Ebensburg Borough Planning Commission Meeting Agenda The following items are scheduled for the Ebensburg Borough Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2025, at 6:30 p. m. Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes Item 1: Approve minutes from the previous meeting held on May 1, 2025. Items for Consideration A. County of Cambria Minor Subdivision/Merger This subdivision affects two parcels located at 209 South Center Street . The lot lines have been reconfigured. B. Wess Final Minor Subdivision This parcel is located at the end of Lovell Ave. , near the intersection with South West Street. The proposal creates four lots from one existing lot.
