Ebensburg Municipal Authority Meeting Agenda

2. Consent Agenda The following routine items will be acted upon by a single motion:

5. Inframark Reports

Wastewater Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities.
Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities.

6. Operations & Maintenance Report Jerry Poruban will report on the public works department's activities for the month.

7. Solicitor An executive session will be held to discuss real estate issues.

8. Engineer John Clabaugh will review items contained in the engineering report.

10. General Business

Minutes: Approval of minutes from previous meeting(s).
Financial Statement: Approval of the financial statement for April & May 2026.
Bills: Approval of bills totaling $129,591. 05 for May & June.
Forest Management Contract: A contract with Paul Noll and Mike Wolf to review forest management options for Reservoir parcels. The cost will not exceed $3,400.
Land Lease Extension: Authority for the Manager to negotiate a land lease extension for an existing contract with American Tower, LLC. This is pending executive session discussions.

13. Executive Session A session will be held to discuss a real estate matter.
