Meeting Overview
The Ebensburg Municipal Authority is scheduled to hold a meeting on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 4:00 p. m. The meeting will take place at the Borough office located at 300 West High Street, Ebensburg, PA.

Personnel and Oaths
- Oath of Office: Susan Barber will be sworn in.
- Officers: The Authority will elect its Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Secretary/Treasurer.
- Mr. McMullen currently serves as Chairman.
- Mr. Rummel currently serves as Vice-Chairman.
- Ms. Martin-Nagle currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer.
Appointments
- Solicitor: The Authority will appoint Calvin (CJ) Webb as Solicitor.
- Engineer: Stiffler-McGraw Associates will continue to serve as Engineer.
- Depository: First National Bank will continue to serve as Depository.
Financial Approvals (Consent Agenda)
The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion:
- Approval of minutes from the December 16, 2024 meeting.
- Approval of the Financial Statement for December 2024.
- Approval of bills totaling $149,838. 75 for January.
Project Updates and Payments
- Inframark Reports: Luke Byrne will provide reports on Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant operations.
- Operations Report: Josh Surkovich will report on public works department activities.
Contract Changes and Payments (Item 14)
- Guyer Brothers: Approval requested for Change Order 33 regarding time extensions and a payment request of $41,920. 07 for Water Line Replacement.
- Pennvest Requisitions:
- Approval requested for requisition #12 (Contract 82248) in the amount of $59,425. 52.
- Approval requested for requisition #7 (Contract 58143) in the amount of $722. 28.
- Liberoni: Approval requested for payment request #4 in the amount of $149,817. 30 for the Stormwater Project.
- H2O Reimbursement: Approval requested for reimbursement request #2 in the amount of $171,831. 99.
- Liberoni Change Orders: Discussion regarding two change orders received from Liberoni for time extensions and paving restoration.
General Business
- Developer’s Agreement Template: A developer has approached the Authority regarding municipal line extensions. The Authority currently lacks a template for such agreements and staff recommends developing one.
- Public Comments: Members of the public are invited to comment on agenda items.
- Media Comments: Representatives of the media are invited to ask questions.
