Executive Summary of Operations Inframark submitted the May 2026 monthly report for the Ebensburg wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) to the Borough of Ebensburg. Key operational statistics and maintenance activities included: Wastewater Volume: The plant treated a total of 27,853,000 gallons during the month, averaging 898,484 gallons per day. Sludge Disposal: The centrifuge was operated weekly, resulting in 8. 99 tons of dry sludge sent to the landfill. Lighting Upgrades: Staff replaced damaged high-pressure sodium fixtures with new LED lights to improve safety and reduce electrical costs. Equipment Repairs: UV Unit: A nonfunctional UVT sensor was repaired by replacing a damaged 1-inch glass rod with an acrylic round rod. Generator: Annual preventive maintenance was performed on the Cummins generator. A factory exercise program was identified as the cause of monthly power outages and has been deleted from the panel. Influent Sampler: New pump tubing was installed to replace old, cracked, and leaking lines. SBR #4 Air Valve: The AUMA actuator failed, preventing the valve from shutting.
