Inframark WTP Report

Executive Summary and Operations

Inframark submitted the June 2026 monthly report for the Ebensburg water treatment facility (WTP). Key operational highlights include:

Water Production: The plant treated 28,904,000 gallons of reservoir water in June, averaging 963,467 gallons per day.
Purchased Water: An average of 60,042 gallons per day was purchased from Saltlick and blended into the distribution system.
Maintenance: Staff installed a 2-inch flexible drain line from the generator sump to a lower gradient to mitigate flooding during rain events.
Power Outage: On June 14th, power was lost at the facility. The finished water pump closed properly, but the digital readout for the chlorine scale went blank. Staff worked with the manufacturer to restore the display.
Reservoir Levels: The upper reservoir water level is currently 2 feet below the full pool level.
Vegetation: Inframark recommended purchasing or renting a brush cutting device to clear overgrown roadways at the water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as around the upper reservoir spillway.

- Maintenance Cap: Total contract is $26,664. 12/year. With $478. 90 spent this month, the remaining balance is $17,198. 39.
- Chemical Cap: Total contract is $95,990. 76/year. With $15,932. 80 spent this month, the remaining balance is $31,501. 36.

Safety Record: There were no accidents in June. Personnel have worked 2,342 days (6 years and 6 months) without an accident or injury.
Training: Inframark conducted weekly tailgate meetings, safety flash reports, and process control meetings.
Staffing: The report lists key personnel including Operator III Kyle Smiley, Operator II Tony Perott, Mechanic II Shawn Jones, and Project Manager Luke Byrne.
