Ebensburg Municipal Authority: February 2026 Monthly Report Submitted by: Inframark Water Infrastructure Operations Date of Report Submission: March 23rd, 2026 Prepared for: Ebensburg Borough Authority Members Executive Summary Inframark conducted regular leak detection throughout February using listening equipment in areas of concern. Several leaks were identified and repairs are being scheduled by the Public Works Director. Margaret Street Leak (Feb 26): Repaired with Borough crews; no customers affected. Pipe was clamped without loss of pressure. Emerald Estates Investigation: Leak suspected near storm drain culvert — none visible yet. Audit of water usage planned but insert meter (purchased 2019) is missing. Quote submitted for replacement meter. Drinking Water Pumping Stations: Inspected regularly. Pumps/motors greased, packing glands checked, Ogden tank inspected for leaks/operations. Weekly sampling, flow recording, calibrations completed. All stations swept, cleaned, plowed, and salted during winter weather. Sewer Lift Stations: Regular inspections performed. Faulty control panel heater found at Marine Center pumpstation — new heater ordered, pending installation. Pump runtime documented, generators inspected.
