Event Overview The Johnstown Open Tennis Tournament is scheduled for June 26, 27, and 28, 2026 . The event is organized by the Greater Johnstown Tennis Association (GJTA) and will be held at the Ebensburg Tennis Center in Ebensburg, PA. Registration Details Deadline: June 22, 2026. Payment: Checks must be made payable to GJTA and mailed with the registration form. No phone entries are accepted. Cost: $35 for the first event and $25 for a second event. Requirements: Players must bring one new can of Penn Championship Extra Duty tennis balls per event. Tournament Rules & Information Membership: USTA membership is not required to enter. Scoring: Matches consist of the first two sets. If players split the first two sets, a 10-point Super Tie-Breaker is played instead of a third set. Scheduling: Starting times will be emailed after Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Players must report to the scorer's desk 15 minutes prior to their match time.
