Meeting Overview
The Ebensburg Municipal Authority is scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 4:00 p. m. The meeting will take place at the Borough office located at 300 West High Street, Ebensburg, PA.

- Authority Members: Gerald McMullen, Eric Rummel, Renee Martin-Nagle, Susan Barber.

Agenda Highlights
Elections and Appointments (Items 1–5)
The meeting will address the election of officers and appointment of key professionals:
- Chairperson: Mr. McMullen currently serves as Chairman.
- Vice-Chairperson: Mr. Rummel currently serves as Vice-Chairman.
- Secretary/Treasurer: Ms. Martin-Nagle currently serves in this role.
- Solicitor: The agenda proposes appointing Calvin (CJ) Webb as Solicitor.
- Engineer: Stiffler-McGraw Associates currently serves as the Engineer.
Consent Agenda (Item 8)
Routine items will be acted upon by a single motion. These include:
- Approval of minutes from the December 15, 2025 meeting.
- Approval of financial statements for December and January 2025.
- Approval of bill payments.
Reports (Items 11–14)
Several operational reports are scheduled for review:
- Inframark: Luke Byrne will provide reports on Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant operations.
- Operations & Maintenance: Jerry Poruban will report on public works department activities for the month.
- Solicitor & Engineer: Reports from these officials will be reviewed.
General Business (Item 16)
- Financial Statements: The Authority will consider approving financial statements for December 2024 and January 2026.
- Bills: A list of bills for January is submitted for approval. The recommended action is to approve payments totaling $131,548. 47 for December and $140,638. 52 for January.
- Ebensburg Center: Correspondence regarding a HOP Application filed by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services will be discussed. The Authority is advised to consider a cost-sharing agreement before approving the request.
Public and Media Comments
- Public Comments: Members of the public are invited to comment on any agenda item during Item 7 and Item 18.
- Media Comments: Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions on any issues during Item 17.
