Consent Agenda (Routine Business)

The following items are grouped for a single motion approval unless members request separate discussion:

• Minutes: Approval of the January 2025 regular monthly meeting minutes.
• Financials: Approval of the Financial Statement for January 2025.
• Bills: Approval of payment of bills for February 2025 (Totaling $157,680. 55).

Operations & Engineering Reports

• Inframark Reports: Luke Byrne will provide updates on both Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant operations.
• Public Works: Josh Surkovich will report on department activities for the month.

Financial & Contract Approvals

The Engineer’s section includes several specific payment requests and requisitions for approval:

• Water Line Replacement: Approve a payment of $13,868. 92 to Guyer Brothers (Contractor Payment Request #10).
• Pennvest Loan 82248: Approve requisition #13 in the amount of $35,077. 94.
• Stormwater Project: Approve a payment of $162,571. 91 to Liberoni (Contractor Payment Request #5).
• Stormwater Project (Pennvest): Approve requisition #8 for contract 58143 in the amount of $919. 35.
• H2O Reimbursement: Approve reimbursement request #3 in the amount of $172,298. 61 for eligible construction costs.
• Change Order: Discussion regarding a change order from Liberoni requesting an extension for the Substantial completion date and paying restoration.

General Business

• Dock at Upper Reservoir: The Ebensburg Main Street Partnership has requested to replace a kayak launch/dock at the Upper Reservoir (former site of Nathan’s Divide). The Authority is asked to approve this request to allow the Partnership to apply for necessary permits.
• 2024 Audit: Members have received a copy of the 2024 audit completed by Wessel & Company.

Public Participation

• Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item.
• Executive Session: A closed session will be held to receive legal advice from counsel.
