Meeting Overview The Ebensburg Municipal Authority is holding a regular monthly meeting on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 4:00 p. m. Key Personnel: Chair: Gerald McMullen V-Chairman: Eric Rummel Secretary/Treasurer: Renee Martin-Nagle Manager: Kelly Cook Agenda Highlights Consent Agenda (Item 2) The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval: Item 10A: Approval of minutes from the January 17, 2022 regular meeting and the January 31, 2022 special meeting. Item 10B: Approval of the Financial Statement for January 2022. Item 10C: Approval of payment for bills totaling $98,167. 21 for February 2022. Inframark Reports (Item 5) Wastewater Treatment Plant: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities. Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities. Solicitor (Item 7) Resolution #2022-01: A resolution to approve a schedule of rates and charges for water, sewer, and stormwater. This includes a change to the connection fee structure from a flat rate to "time and material" for properties on the opposite side of the street. Award of Waterline Bid: A motion to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder, W. A. Petrakis Contracting, LLC, for $2,381,01. 00. This award is contingent upon receiving project funding from PENNVEST and approval by the Engineer and Solicitor. General Business (Item 10) Student Presentation: Rhett Pletcher, a student from Mount Aloysius, will present on a proposed fish sampling project at the Upper Reservoir.
