2. Consent Agenda The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval:
- Item 10A: Approval of the minutes from the November 2025 regular meeting.
- Item 10B: Approval of the Financial Statement for November 2025.
- Item 10C: Approval of bill payments for December 2025.
5. Inframark Reports
- Item 5A: Luke Byrne will provide a report on Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations.
- Item 5B: Luke Byrne will provide a report on Water Treatment Plant Operations.
6. Operations & Maintenance Report Jerry Poruban will report on the public works department's activities for the month.
8. Engineer Report The engineer’s monthly report will be reviewed; no specific motions are required at this time.
10. General Business
- Item 10A: Review and approval of previous meeting minutes.
- Item 10B: Approval of the November 2025 financial statement.
- Item 10C: Approval of bills totaling $118,979. 28 for December.
- Item 10D: Review of the 2026 Budget.
13. Executive Session An executive session will be held for advice of counsel.
