Agenda Items

1. Public Comments Members of the public are invited to comment on any item appearing on the agenda.

2. Consent Agenda The following routine items are considered to be acted upon by a single motion:

  • Item 10A: Approval of the minutes from the November 21, 2022 regular monthly meeting.
  • Item 10B: Approval of the Financial Statement for November 2022.
  • Item 10C: Approval of payment of bills for December 2022.

3. Appointments to Address Authority

  • Item 5A: Report from Inframark on Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations. Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant.
  • Item 5B: Report from Inframark on Water Treatment Plant Operations. Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant.

4. Operations & Maintenance Report

  • Item 6: Josh Surkovich will report on the public works department's activities during the month.

5. Engineer Report

  • Item 8A: Approval of Contractor Payment Request #6 for the High Street Waterline Project. The recommended action is to approve a payment of $23,469. 27 to W. A. Petrakis.
  • Item 8B: Approval of PENNVEST Requisition #7 for reimbursement in the amount of $28,585. 82.
  • Item 8C: Approval of the Ogden Plant Engineering Services Agreement with Stiffler-McGraw for the design phase, survey, funding, and permits of the Ogden Tank Project.
  • Item 8D: Approval of the Water Treatment Plant Engineering Services Agreement with Stiffler-McGraw for the design phase, survey, funding, and permits of the WTP Project.

6. General Business

  • Item 10A: Approval of the minutes of previous meeting(s).
  • Item 10B: Approval of the financial statement for November 2022.
  • Item 10C: Approval of bills totaling $117,942. 29 for December.
  • Item 10D: Requests for Proposals from local banks to secure a loan of $625,000 for the design of four main projects prioritized by the Authority.

7. Other Items

  • Media Comments/Questions: Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions.
  • Public Comments: A second opportunity for public comments.
  • Executive Session: Receiving advice from legal counsel.
  • Adjournment
