Appointments (Item 3): Appointments to address the authority. Media Comments (Item 11): Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions. Consent Agenda (Item 2) The following routine items are recommended for approval by a single motion: Item 10A: Approval of minutes from the June 2024 regular monthly meeting. Item 10B: Approval of the Financial Statement for June 2024. Item 10C: Approval of payment of bills for July 2024. Operations & Reports Inframark (Item 5): Luke Byrne will provide reports on Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations and Water Treatment Plant Operations. Operations & Maintenance (Item 6): Josh Surkovich will report on public works department activities. Engineer's Report (Item 8) The Engineer will review specific payment requests and requisitions: Water Line Replacement (Item 8A): Approval of Guyer Brothers' payment request for $304,849. 47. Pennvest Requisitions (Items 8B, 8C, 8D): Approval of requisitions for various contracts totaling approximately $639,406. 92 (specifically $310,052. 61, $18,972. 65, and $309,331. 68). General Business (Item 10) Bills: A list of bills totaling $189,275. 28 for July is submitted for approval. Other Items Executive Session (Item 13): To be held to receive advice from counsel.
