Agenda Highlights
1. Public Comments & Consent Agenda
- Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item.
- Consent Agenda Items: These routine items will be approved by a single motion unless specific removal is requested.
- Approval of minutes from the April 28, 2022 meeting.
- Approval of the Financial Statement for April 2022.
- Approval of bill payments for May 2022.
2. Inframark Reports (Item 5)
- Wastewater: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant.
- Water: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant.
3. Operations & Maintenance (Item 6)
- Jeff Evans will report on public works department activities for the month.
4. Engineer Agreements (Item 8) The Engineer will review agreements with Stiffler-McGraw for the following projects:
- Phase I Waterline Replacement: Approval requested for preliminary/final design, survey, funding, and permits totaling $1,150,000.
- Three Small Projects: Approval requested for Ogden, Water Treatment Piping, and Zone Metering totaling $233,500.
- Area C Stormwater: Approval requested for preliminary/final design, survey, funding, and permits totaling $465,000.
5. General Business (Item 10)
- Bills: A list of bills totaling $97,479. 71 for May is submitted for approval.
6. Other Items
- Executive Session: The meeting will include a session to receive advice from legal counsel.
