Public Comments & Consent Agenda Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item. Consent Agenda Items: These routine items will be approved by a single motion unless specific removal is requested. Approval of minutes from the April 28, 2022 meeting. Approval of the Financial Statement for April 2022. Approval of bill payments for May 2022. 2. Inframark Reports (Item 5) Wastewater: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant. Water: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant. 3. Operations & Maintenance (Item 6) Jeff Evans will report on public works department activities for the month. 4. Engineer Agreements (Item 8) The Engineer will review agreements with Stiffler-McGraw for the following projects: Phase I Waterline Replacement: Approval requested for preliminary/final design, survey, funding, and permits totaling $1,150,000 . Three Small Projects: Approval requested for Ogden, Water Treatment Piping, and Zone Metering totaling $233,500 . Area C Stormwater: Approval requested for preliminary/final design, survey, funding, and permits totaling $465,000 . 5. General Business (Item 10) Bills: A list of bills totaling $97,479. 71 for May is submitted for approval. 6. Other Items Executive Session: The meeting will include a session to receive advice from legal counsel.
