Agenda Highlights

Consent Agenda (Routine Items)

The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless a member requests separate discussion:

• Approval of the minutes from the July 2025 meeting.
• Approval of the Financial Statement for July 2025.
• Approval of bills for August 2025.

Inframark Reports

Luke Byrne will provide reports on operations for both the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Water Treatment Plant. No action is required from the Authority for these updates.

Engineer & Operations

• Waterline Project: The Authority is asked to approve a contractor payment request (#15) from Guyer Brothers in the amount of $240,110. 47.
• Pennvest Requisition: The Authority is asked to approve requisition #18 for contract 82248 (Non-LSL) in the amount of $186,608. 09.
• Public Works: Josh Surkovich will report on department activities during the month.

General Business & Billing Errors

• July Bills: A list of bills totaling $164,706. 32 for July is submitted for approval.
• Billing Error Correction: A billing error was discovered in the Borough’s system, necessitating an internal audit and usage analysis. This has resulted in changes to the number of Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs) for many businesses. The Authority is asked to approve administrative staff adjusting bills consistent with regulations for the November billing cycle.

• Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item during the designated time.
• Media: Representatives are invited to ask questions on any issues, whether or not they appear on the agenda.
• Executive Session: An executive session will be announced for advice of counsel.
