Consent Agenda (Item 2)

The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval:

• Item 10A: Approval of minutes from the July 2024 regular monthly meeting.
• Item 10B: Approval of the Financial Statement for July 2024.
• Item 10C: Approval of payment of bills for August 2024.

Inframark Reports (Item 5)

• Wastewater Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant.
• Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant.

Operations & Maintenance (Item 6)

• Josh Surkovich will report on the public works department’s activities for the month.

Engineer Reports (Item 8)

The Engineer will review several items, including:

• Water Line Replacement: Approval of Contractor Payment Request #4 for Guyer Brothers in the amount of $636,747. 23.
• Pennvest Requisitions:
  • Requisition #7 (Contract 82248): Approval for the Waterline Replacement loan in the amount of $668,935. 77.
  • Requisition #2 (Contract 58143): Approval for the Stormwater Project loan in the amount of $21,724. 62.
• Engineering Services Agreement: Approval of Supplement #1 with Stiffler-McGraw for the High/Low Vault Design for Anne Street Vault, totaling $11,500.

General Business (Item 10)

• Minutes: Review and approval of previous meeting minutes.
• Financial Statement: Submission and approval of the July 2024 financial statement.
• Bills: Approval of a list of bills totaling $176,766. 57 for August.

Other Items

• Public Comments: Invited at the beginning and end of the meeting.
