Meeting Overview
The Ebensburg Municipal Authority is holding its regular monthly meeting on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 4:00 p. m. The meeting will take place at the Borough office located at 300 West High Street, Ebensburg, PA.

Agenda Highlights
Consent Agenda (Routine Business)
The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless members request separate discussion:
- Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the July 2023 regular monthly meeting.
- Financial Statement: Approval of the Financial Statement for July 2023.
- Bills: Approval of payment for bills totaling $189,053. 94 for August 2023.
Inframark Reports
- Wastewater Treatment Plant: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant.
- Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant.
Engineer Report (Item 8)
- Manor Drive-Lovell Project: The contractor has requested pay estimate #1. The quantities have been verified by Stiffler-McGraw.
- Recommended Action: Approve the payment request of Continental Construction in the amount of $232,984. 66.
- Engineering Services Agreement Supplement #2: This agreement addresses differences between estimated and actual fees. There is no net change in overall funds, but it allows funds to be moved within the PENNVEST budget.
- Recommended Action: Approve the Engineering Services Agreement Supplement #2.
