Meeting Overview The Ebensburg Municipal Authority is holding its regular monthly meeting on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 4:00 p. m. The meeting will take place at the Borough office located at 300 West High Street, Ebensburg, PA. Authority Members: Chair: Gerald McMullen V-Chairman: Eric Rummel S/T: Renee Martin-Nagle, Heather Abbs, Randy Seymour Manager: Kelly Cook Agenda Highlights Consent Agenda (Routine Business) The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless members request separate discussion: Minutes: Approval of the minutes from the July 2023 regular monthly meeting. Financial Statement: Approval of the Financial Statement for July 2023. Bills: Approval of payment for bills totaling $189,053. 94 for August 2023. Inframark Reports Wastewater Treatment Plant: Mike Montgomery will provide a report on projects and activities at the wastewater plant. Water Treatment Plant: Luke Byrne will provide a report on projects and activities at the water plant. Engineer Report (Item 8) Manor Drive-Lovell Project: The contractor has requested pay estimate #1. The quantities have been verified by Stiffler-McGraw. Recommended Action: Approve the payment request of Continental Construction in the amount of $232,984. 66. Engineering Services Agreement Supplement #2: This agreement addresses differences between estimated and actual fees. There is no net change in overall funds, but it allows funds to be moved within the PENNVEST budget. Recommended Action: Approve the Engineering Services Agreement Supplement #2.
