Meeting Overview

The Ebensburg Municipal Authority is holding its regular monthly meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 4:00 p. m. The meeting will take place at the Borough office located at 300 West High Street, Ebensburg, PA.

Agenda Highlights

Consent Agenda (Item 2)

The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval:

  • Item 10A: Approval of minutes from the March 2026 regular monthly meeting.
  • Item 10B: Approval of the Financial Statement for March 2026.
  • Item 10C: Approval of payment of bills for April 2026.

Inframark Reports (Item 5)

Luke Byrne will provide reports on the following:

  • Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations: Updates on projects and activities.
  • Water Treatment Plant Operations: Updates on projects and activities.
  • Collection & Distribution: General report on collection and distribution systems.

Engineer Reports (Item 8)

The Engineer will review specific requisitions for the following projects:

  • Waterline Replacement Project (Phase 1): Approval is recommended for Pennvest Requisition #21 (Contract 82248) in the amount of $8,825. 56.
  • Stormwater Project: Approval is recommended for Pennvest Requisition #13 (Contract 58143) in the amount of $10,447. 15.

General Business (Item 10)

Additional items for review and approval include:

  • Financial Statement: Approval of the financial statement for April 2025.
  • Bills: Approval of a list of bills totaling $128,108. 30 for April.
  • 2025 Audit: Members have received a copy of the audit completed by Wessel & Company.

Public Participation

  • Public Comments: The public is invited to comment on any agenda item during the designated time.
  • Media Comments: Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions on any issues.
