Consent Agenda (Routine Items)
The following items are considered routine and will be voted on together unless a member requests separate discussion:
- Approval of minutes from the March 2025 meeting.
- Approval of the Financial Statement for March 2025.
- Approval of bills totaling $150,311. 61 for April 2025.
Engineering & Operations Reports
- Inframark Report: Luke Byrne will provide updates on projects and activities at the water plant.
- Operations & Maintenance: Josh Surkovich will report on public works department activities for the month.
- Engineer’s Report: The Engineer will review specific items, including:
- Water Line Replacement: Approval of a payment request for Guyer Brothers in the amount of $437,944. 23.
- Pennvest Requisitions: Approval of requisition #15 for Contract 82248 ($446,581. 21) and requisition #5 for Contract 80236 ($12,694. 14).
- Change Order #4: Approval of a time extension adding 138 days to Substantial Completion (new date: 5/2/2025) and 128 days to Final Completion (new date: 6/1/2025) at zero additional cost.
- Ogden Tank: Bids opened on 4/17/2025 are over budget. An additional $100,000 is needed beyond the required match of $66,200.
Other Business
- Executive Session: A closed session will be held to discuss a real estate matter with legal counsel.
- Public & Media Comments: Opportunities are provided for the public and media representatives to comment on agenda items or other issues.
