Executive Session & Public Comments

The meeting will begin with a Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. The Chair will announce that an Executive session was previously held on March 25, 2024, to discuss a real estate matter and receive legal counsel. Following this, the public will have an opportunity to comment on any agenda items.

Consent Agenda

The following routine items are grouped for a single motion approval:

• Minutes: Approval of the March 2024 regular monthly meeting minutes.
• Financials: Approval of the Financial Statement for March 2024.
• Bills: Approval of payment for bills totaling $131,847. 13 for April 2024.

Inframark Reports

Luke Byrne will provide reports on the operations of both the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Water Treatment Plant. No action is required for these reports.

Operations & Maintenance

Josh Surkovich will present a report on the public works department's activities for the month.

Engineer Updates

• Pennvest Requisition: A request has been prepared for loan number 82248 in the amount of $3,419. 23. The recommended action is to approve this requisition for contract 82248.
• H2O Grant Application: The Authority received a grant award of $187,250 for the completion of the Ogden Tank Mixing System. Staff will continue working with the state to utilize these funds for water projects without increasing expenditures.

Other Business

The agenda includes sections for Old Business, General Business (including a review of previous meeting minutes), Media Comments, and a scheduled Executive Session to receive advice from counsel.
