Ebensburg Borough Recreation Board Meeting Agenda Date: Thursday, April 11th, 2024 at 6:30 PM Opening Procedures Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Public Comments on Agenda Items Attendees to Address the Recreation Board Committee Updates Recreation Committee: Update regarding the Tennis Center meeting held on March 27th. Matt Koenigsberg (TranSystems): Update on the grant for Lake Rowena. EYL: Update on the lighting project for the Lake and Lions Fields. Administrative Business Approval of Minutes from the March 2024 meeting. Review of Financial Statements for January – March 2024. Old Business YPCC Logo Update: Samantha Kemock: Requested changes to original proofs and is awaiting suggestions from Sams. Rory Coleman: Expressed opposition to the logo change, noting the current logo is used on all swim gear. He requested that if a change occurs, swimming be included as an activity icon on the new logo. TranSystems Expansion Study: TranSystems believes there is sufficient room to expand the YPCC out the back of the building, parallel to the Ghost Town Trail. The board is awaiting the final report. EYL Lighting: Update on the lighting project for the Lake and Lions Fields. New Business Rec Board/Director (Dirk): Borough pool update. Tennis Center/YPCC: Review of the attached report. Adjournment
