Consent Agenda Items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless specific items are requested for separate action. Item 10A: Approve the minutes of the May 24, 2021 regular monthly meeting. Item 10B: Approve the financial statement. Item 10C: Approve payment of bills. 2. Appointments to Address Council Item 2A: Dog Park: Phil Sutton from the Ebensburg Rotary Club will provide an update on the dog park. 3. Mayor’s Report Item 3A: Report on Police Department 4. Item 7C: Center and High Street Signal: Parts for adding audio to the crosswalk signal have been ordered; delivery is expected in nearly two months. 8. Administration Committee (Houser, Jacoby & Kuhar) Item 8A: Josh Surkovich: Discussion regarding a possible promotion from Laborer I to Laborer II. The difference in hourly pay equates to $11,793. 60 per year.
